I have this weird question, i was interviewed in a company saying there will be only 1 round followed by HR round for salary discussion. But they conducted 4 rounds and I cleared all the rounds and settled with 7lpa as they couldn't give what I asked (9lpa). It all happened 1 month back and haven't received offer yet. Now 3 days back they scheduled client round and again scheduled one more round tomorrow. Now can I ask more than what they offered since they scheduled these many rounds?

I think about quitting everyday. I’m working on my ED.d, single mom, kid is virtual and the virtual learning process is brutal. I have a lot going on. However, I love teaching and part of it just makes me feel like it’s just the district that I work for. There is something new everyday, is what it feels like, leadership is ridiculous (no structure), kids can’t tech savvy, &parents fuss you out because they don’t want to be patient.Really depending on my faith to get me through this school year.
