My current job has decent WLB; however unless someone leaves the team, I am stuck where I am. The job gets boring and every day I feel I am dragging myself in front the laptop.

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

Any idea why mindtree is delaying the response after the HR discussion? In my previous jobs I used to get response much earlier, used to receive offer letters in 1 or 2 days. Even they didn't negotiate with me if thats possible to offer the salary or not! Is it worth waiting or shall I move on for other interviews?

I find ebooks convenient for most of the things as it is easier to search for notes and annotations. On the other hand, paper books are a great companion by the desk for a quick reference.
