It will be funny when the following case after this is legacy admissions. Especially since there are more white legacy admissions into a school like Harvard than the entire population of black and Hispanics.

Not quite. This survey from Sept 2021 indicates a majority of republicans favor eliminating legacy preferences from public and private colleges.
