I think I generally do good work… except on one case with one partner. I got added to the case at a crucial moment with no context and no time to get caught up to speed. What I was asked to do was beyond my experience level and it’s been mistake after mistake since then. I just made another mistake this week, which I promptly addressed. In this role I often have to communicate with acct managers + I’ve noticed that they often question/screen me before letting me to do my job.
