Hi IBMers, I have declined the offer from IBM 2 months back as the counter offer was not released till the joining date of the current company. After joining here i realised i made a terrible decission i am not treated professionally here and When i complained they are not changing my project. The tech stack promised to me was different (Angular), but they dont have any project with my tech stack.
Is it possible that if i reach out IBM will they reconsider my candidature? Please advise.

In the 30-45 min before my morning coffee and meds kick in I do NO substantive work beyond clearing irrelevant emails and getting my to do list ready.
My to do list includes whole tasks as well as portions of tasks (“draft this letter” v “ask (stakeholder) to review sections XYZ of this agreement”). My to do list is ranked in order of Do ASAP; Do this morning, do this afternoon, do end of day, do tomorrow, do later this week, beyond this week. The order is very important-The last thing I want is to get hyperfixated on a task that isn’t due for 3 weeks.
As you could infer from above, I live and die by my to do lists and my calendar. I simply cannot function without them.
Many with ADHD suffer from poor “working memory” (google for more details). The gist of it is, certain items your brain deems unimportant, so it never processes it into your memory banks, so later on if you were to try to recall, you couldn’t. E.g. a random license plate on a car you passed, the face of average stranger on the street, or even names of people you just met.
As such, I’ve simply accepted that certain items (like tasks to be done) my brain simply will not remember so I plan around it. It looks like to do lists, routines for placing certain items in a designated place every time, or even those day of the week pill containers “old people” use.

Off meds it’s like trying to run a footrace through molasses. On meds, it’s like being on that same path (no molasses) but you’re now riding a motorcycle with no brakes. Some pre-planning is needed to avoid flying off the track
I’m exactly like A1. It’s interesting how people are affected by the same issue in different ways.
I have the opposite problem. It’s easier for me to hold onto my thoughts when I’ ve taken my medication. Without it, I have a harder time remembering things, and am constantly jumping from task to task before actually finishing something.
Same here. And unless it’s a crisis situation I can’t always trust my judgment. Go figure. Excellent judgment in a crisis poor judgment in the mundane.
Adderall may not be for you. Before you try something else, I recommend vitamin d and magnesium supplements at night. Good luck!
Hmm I have never noticed this. Like someone above said you may need to try a different medication or maybe even a higher dosage. I have been taking it for some time and I actually feel like I can remember things more easily than I could before.
