I applied for a job and got rejected from resume round. But then had a really good phone call with a one one who works there, and he asked me to send him my resume so he can pass it along. It’s a very small company, so it’s probably the same recruiter. I’ll send him my resume, but should I tell him that I was already rejected?

Salary to hourly thoughts?
The department director has offer to change our pay from salary to hourly. This will allow us to get paid for overtime (presently we have to work 43 hrs before getting overtime.), on call hours worked at 1.5 and on-call rate plus the use of the company car when on-call which is usually every 4 weeks . We are a small group, so he will like it if we all agree on this.

Can someone explain in detail what a Due Diligence (Commercial) engagement entails. On a day to day basis, what is the work you do for the project, and why does it require ~80 hr weeks?
