I eat 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana before my early morning workout (which usually consists of weight training).

Oh - also if you don’t want food I’ve done a carbohydrates powder drink before to fuel up (UCan superstarch)
One scoop of Motiv8 pre-work out for me.

I used to do long cardio workouts before work [I mostly lift these days] and apple sauce was my go to.
Rising Star
You fasted folks are troopers. At my age, I need food and caffeine to pump the iron. No fuel and I’m weak and dizzy. But I only do about 15 min on the stair mill as a warm up and that’s my limit of cardio.
2 scoops protein powder, 1/4 cup oatmeal and a Tbs if peanut butter. Slam it. Slam caffeine and hit the gym with BCAA+ energy. I feel great until about 2 and I’m ready to eat my laptop.
Just water.
Fasted workouts for me too!
I get dizzy if I don’t eat something, bc I’ll do fairly intense cardio early AM. Usually an English muffin or a Kashi cereal bar.
1 granola bar does the trick
Protein shake - even if it’s just half before and then half after. I can’t bear anything more than that.
Water and a preworkout supplement. I know this technically breaks a fast but I find that the caffeinated boost gets me much better lifts in the morning than with just water.
Just BCAAs for me
I can’t eat right before working out or else I get sick, but I normally drink pre-workout that gives me a morning boost more than coffee would.
