Raise and bonus.

How do y’all discuss raises and bonuses? I just started here in March but I’m a super high performer. 185+ hours per month, glowing feedback, etc. I won’t have been here a full year which is a requirement. Is it worth it to bring it up or should I just let it go? I NEEEED a raise. I’d like a bonus. I’ve never negotiated salary before and it makes me nervous.

Has anyone dealt with a lack of praise from attorneys? I'm not someone who needs to hear "good job" all the time, but we just got a huge deal closed that I worked really hard on and had a lot of overtime. And once it closed, the lead attorney praised the other attorneys, and said nothing about me or my work. I might just be overly sensitive, but it kind of stung. Thoughts?

So i receive a call about an interview with a big law firm in NYC that “decided to go with another candidate” just last night but this morning decides to interview me. Huh?
Secondly recruiter said that the hiring manager told her there were some typos on my resume. I didn’t find any blatant typos- I did find some capitalized words that probably shouldn’t be capitalized.

It recently came to my attention that I’m billing significantly more than is strictly required of me and also more than the attorneys are required to bill (and what they actually bill lol). I know that there are differences in the job description but it feels like I shouldn’t be billing so much. Debating whether I should ask for a raise or if I should take my foot off the gas.
