These people should be checked to see if what they say is true, obviously not so they can be prosecuted for false propaganda.
I have seen it several times and what you say is true, some type of business that we are not seeing is happening there, I don't know which but that type of offer is very rare.
This type of program is a problem for the entire union because if they say they don't charge, are the rest of us abusing it? I know it's not like that, but a lot of people dare to make that kind of comment and it has bothered me many times.
Don't worry, with this type of strategy, in a while you can see the trap, it is not possible to do the work of a real estate agent without charging a commission, and in the case of these people, it is a phantom commission which can be even very high.
There can't be a business as dangerous as you, they must have some rabbit in the hat, and in a certain way, they are deceiving customers.
It's really annoying how those TV ads for "completely free" real estate agent services are trying to rip people off. ALL of us work on commission, that's how the business is run! They're probably just hoping people won't know any better and will sign up with them, only to be disappointed later on. Don't be fooled by their schemes, always do your research before picking an agent!
It would be great if people understood that before they call us up asking for help. We're happy to provide our services at no cost, but it's not really a "free" service, since we rely on commissions to make our money.
