Hi Guys,
Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).
I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.
I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.
Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?
Thanks a lot. ❤
Nurse practitioner but do your research!! Look at client reviews, photos, their Instagram pages etc. to make sure their aesthetic matches yours! Important to have same “beauty standards” in mind in addition to top tier skill set
I worked at a Med Spa for a year- ALWAYS ensure you're receiving injectables from a Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant, or Medical Practitioner of some kind. Experience and credentials will ALWAYS trump a cheaper price.
I see a nurse practitioner. Cannot be too careful!!!
My lovely Botox pusher girl has RN, BSN, and CANS after her name. Not sure what the latter two are. She works under a plastic surgeon. Never had a bad experience, and Botox wears off at least. Would be a bit more wary with filler, but that’s not my journey.
Usually my derm but his nurse has filled in from time to time and she’s really good (tbh I think she may be a little better than my derm)

I usually have some kind of nurse. The plastic surgeons in my area are pretty conservative and I get filler as well. The doctor wouldn’t even give me one syringe which was annoying.

I see a PA who works out of a plastic surgeons office. She is also a highly regarded trainer
I used to see a PA but now go to an NP.
I had a PA do mine.
