I joined last week, so far my experience are,

Pros:
1. It's a reputed organization with its presence across 45+ countries... So stability wise it's great
2. My onboarding experience was also great, they are highly process driven... So you can have guidelines in each process.
3. Learning wise it has enormous opportunities in terms or premium linkedin learning account, in house learning portal called learn, you can take certifications and training if it's essential for your project and your personal skill development
4. Assessment based promotion, so if you clear your assesments you are eligible for promotion with better hike.
5. Hike wise, I heard it's 5- 12 % ... But need to confirm
6. Tax beneficial CTC structure

Cons:
1. Except that you won't have the office culture or opportunity to meet people everything is fine... But you can request to visit office for couple of days where your base office location has been aligned.
2. Getting projects is bit tough I feel.. I am yet to get one..

I attended interview today in Infosys with 3.3 years experience.They were ask tough questions like code optimization design patterns etc.I was able to answer 60 Percentage since I didn't worked that much as they expected like I didn't used GIT and unit test tools in my project.Is there any chance of selection, if yes by when i will get update if i gave interview today at 4pm?

I lateralled into biglaw from a compliance job a couple of months ago because I was given a "too good to be true" opportunity (2 years out of law school), and I have regretted it ever since. Has anyone successfully left biglaw after one year and gone in house or boutique? (Please no nasty comments, we all make mistakes when that much money is involved).
