Those who went from PA tax to industry tax, years spent in PA and pay raise % when you left?

MAcc, CPA, CFE, CAMS 4+ years experience in public accounting, 2 years in FinTech Assurance and 2 years in forensics. Im slotted for manager promotion in September, but started looking for a new job in forensics. What base pay should I be looking for at the manager level?

I am a female recruiter with 7 years of recruiting experience. I started with a new company and it was a raise for me. However I’ve noticed new recruiters joining the team, who are male, are coming on with a higher pay and lower classification/level than I. Hello fishes. I'm a MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience. I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA. Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA
