Hey Never tell your manager that you don’t have any offer. I tried to do the same while working at a startup. The HR was unhappy with the resignation and decided to teach me a lesson. She told me not to come from next day and asked me not to serve notice. Don’t tell that to your manager, you’d end up jobless. Resigning without an offer implies that you hate the company and work culture which might not go well with the HR. Also note that if you decide to accept retention offer then you’d be asked to produce offer letter.
Omg!!

I would say wait till Jan to resign
Hiring is slowdown. And from Jan, new quarter will start. So hiring will start.
Nov-dec is the worse time because people are not available to take interviews and plus currently everything is uncertain by the time new year arrive, we will have a clear picture.

Or else you can say I have an offer letter. Probably they won't ask you to prove, if they are asking then let me know.. i will forward my offer letter salary break-up...😂😂
Go ahead and resign. I have always found a job after doing so. The manager won't come asking immediately for the reason, but if he/she comes tell your point straight forward. And when you get an offer, you can let them know if they are interested to retain you. Don't fake things I would say.
Bhai ruk ja atleast by march tak till then each department in company will get funding of recession
Never resign without a job offer in hand.
With recession news, have 2 offers in hand
Wait 2 months then resign
If you have a job offer in hand, then think about resignation. Without a job offer, don't think about resigning. The situation without a job would be more terrible. If you don't have any dependencies on your monthly income if you have a 6-month emergency fund which means 6*(your monthly income), if you don't have any plan B. Then go for resignation.
