MIT Sloan released 10-year mba career survey and I am surprised by the numbers. The salary seems a bit low given that many grads went into consulting, finance and tech. Nowadays we always talk about how high the total compensation is for consulting partners, bankers and PMs, then number didn’t show the same (maybe some graduates are at international markets and thus lower salary?) What is harder to believe is 30% of the grads are under 200k?! A new grad at Sloan hits 150k+ MIT Sloan School of Management

Thanks for support everyone! I’ve now booked holiday and put a date in a calendar to hand my two week notice and prep for freelance while I look for new role. Probably in-house cause in done with agency stress. Feel so much better having made that decision.

That next job is out there.
You can just freelance… if you have no big debt and no kids, the is suggest just freelancing while you look for a new gig. The market is good for you right now for both freelance and FT. I think the old idea of having a job to get a job is not as big anymore since so many people are leaving.
Credit card debt but yeah I think that’s what I’ll end-up doing. Real question is if beginning of year actually ok for freelance? I know market is booming but January was always dead anywhere I worked
