I started working in an organization starting from June this year after passing from college as an IT Trainee till now its almost 6 months but still I haven't learned anything just the team members give me small works like testing code changes and checking database. What should I do? Should I try applying in some other organization? If any one can help me please reply.

So I recently passed my AWS Practitioner Exam a girl certified and it’s only the beginning! I submitted resume for a better position @ current comp from mission associate UX testing to a Tech support associate for project based testing w/in devops. I haven’t heard anything yet but am also getting scouted for TAM roles… should I wait a little and see if I get the position and if I don’t go after other opportunities out there that are willing to pay my worth… This is bitter sweet moment for me

Upcoming M interview - if I use a common framework like Victor Cheng’s Customer, Competition, Company, Product - will that be counted against me if it fits the problem at hand? Are there points awarded for creativity in framework / taken away due to lack of?

Hi all, I have just received news from my Google recruiter that my application was not successful for the APMM role I applied for but due to my interviews all being strong, they want to consider me for some other APMM roles.

Currently interviewing with Amazon for an associate corporate counsel role. After the first round, I was quickly moved on to the written exercise but its now been a month since I submitted it and I haven’t received any update on my application despite following up with HR once. Wondering if anyone is in a similar boat and whether I should just write it off as a refusal… if anyone here works at Amazon, would be helpful to know if this is common. Thanks!

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary.
