I mean less than a months vacay is pretty long too. A 3 week vacation is plenty of time to see a buncha shit, and you get the middle bucket bonus like you mentioned. Just my 2 cents. Congrats on the mega fund offer too.

Careful- the terms of your employment letter with the MF likely require you to finish out your full 2 years. I tried to pull this same thing off given they changed our bonus schedule but no dice
