Thoughts of Oxford’s MBA program vs top 25 US MBA programs?

Hi, we're searching for a job in HR for my wife. She's an MBA from India and has 10 years of work experiences across various HR roles in FMCG and Tech. Her last role was a HR BP and India site lead for a US based semiconductor major.
Is CIPD necessary to get a comparable role in the UK? While we undersrand it's a new market, would she necessarily need to start from a basic role again? It's difficult to balance studies, work and manage a 2 y.o. Any pointers or job openings would be appreciated.

Got a 3.4 in applied math at UC Berkeley. I’m applying to some pure and joint mba programs. What gre score would offset my GPA? I suuuuuuck at standardized testing and am struggling to get a score over 320/325. Looking at 155 V 165 Q. Should I retake my gre or maybe pivot to the gmat... sigh

Why doesn’t Oliver Wyman primarily recruit from MBA schools, in your opinion?

Took the GRE and scored 170V and 159Q. Had previously scored ~162-165 for both sections on 3 practice tests. Not sure where the insane verbal score came from but worried quant is too low for M7. Curious if I should retake aiming for a higher quant (and risk a lower verbal), or just take the current score as is.

For additional context: Have a 3.9 GPA in engineering from top 30 school. Just flubbed the quant this time due to some time management issue.

I was admitted to a T15 as a Forte Fellow and the adcom liaison reached out and offered to schedule a call to address questions about the school or Forte.
