Thoughts on 52 M going for a job change to seek better leadership oppty’s and $? Any hope in MBB/Big 4/larger firms, or do I go boutique or industry? (Org Change / tech adoption, no partner delusions)

I'm a 52 F. Unless you're going for a direct admit Partner, don't come to Big 4. I'd go to Industry.

I moved from running my small consultancy to working for a big consulting firm at 55. It's tough to change gears like that and be completely out of my comfort zone and it's not for everyone but I would say eye on the prize for better, bigger and longer term better pay and benefits for me and my family.
