Just a general information. I attended interview in UST a month ago and cleared technical discussion.I had HR discussion on the very next day.I uploaded all the mandatory documents.I mailed them for my profile status and they replied that they are waiting for the client confirmation.After that they disappeared.Didn't get any reply from HR and Even didn't pick calls also.Yesterday I got a mail like your candidature has been dropped.So attend some more interviews till you get offer.UST Global

They definitely would. What I read online that I’m most concerned about was people complaining about work/life balance, so I’m wondering if that would be avoided being that Ill have a solid team of people I know that are level-headed? Im still semi new to the industry and haven’t changed agencies more than once, so not sure how that usually plays out…

I haven’t worked there personally but know a few people that left. Work/life balance and direct manager turnover was a concern. Also, not sure how it works at your current agency but at H&S copy is apparently responsible for tagging and linking for all submissions including for OPDP. Potentially not a dealbreaker but my friend would be up until all hours of the night because she alone was responsible for submitting a project.
Is that the process there or a side-effect of being short-staffed in our current industry reality? There should never be a single person owning the submissions process, there need to be checks and balances between Creative, Account & Medical, so if that is what is happening to CW’s I really feel for them and that is fixable if agency leads commit to assessing and improving their process. There will be errors if all that falls in one person. It’s a good call-out, if there are interview conversations left to be had, think of it as a chance to prove your experience and value not just in Creative but as an agency leader looking out for quality as well as work-life impact.
I loved it there, left just over a year ago and the agency itself is not why! agency life everywhere can get busy, and if people are complaining about work life balance the way to fix that is by hiring more people which they’re clearly trying to do so i wouldn’t stress that part too much
I’d pass on H&S. New CEO means potential restructuring.
