What’s the etiquette when a service you get at a spa isn’t what you were expecting? I had a body scrub/wrap today that included a scalp massage and hair oil, but that never happened. Obvs I have no clue when my 50 mins are up so it’s not like during the service I can tell her something is missing, and then once it’s done it’s done. I still enjoyed the service, but it’s just not what I expected to get. Feels weird to complain after the fact so I just paid and went on my way…

Curious on everyone’s thoughts. Started with a new company back in March of this year, and after having a handful of managers at my old company that were solid with personal development of their employees, my current manager at the new company could use work in that area…it’s non-existent. Due to reorgs, I’ll have a new manager soon and the initial feel is that this person focuses on personal development 👍🏻I’d like to somehow give my current manager feedback but not sure how or if I should 🤔

Last week I got an email from a job that I interviewed for months ago asking me if I was still looking, the current person they hired got called back to active duty and resigned. This job is a manager position with a large university and has amazing benefits, only draw back I have to go back into the office. After our 3 hour interview with the department chair, dean, and other managers they seemed very interested in me. They have completely ghosted me and I am stressing me out.

My LWD is 4th july and I haven't received offer letter yet...interview was cleared on 16th june...and when i mailed, HR responded that offer is in approval...can anyone help?

How did you know you were ready to marry your SO, or get married in general? Anyone have pre-engagement (knowing it's close after discussion) or post-engagement nerves or anxiety? God is our peace, but I have some fears that I'm not making the right choice or following Him correctly. No relationship red flags, SO is a sincere Christian and man of God.

New to consulting. Anyone willing to share how they've been able to listen and follow God's will/plan for them within their career as a consultant? Trying to figure out where God wants me to be.

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?
