What salary increase can I expect going from senior associate at 105k base to Manager?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Do Data Engineers generally get much lesser CTC than Data Scientists and Software Developers at Top Product Based companies?

I am only getting 18.5 LPA (including RSUs) at a Top Product Based Company for 4 YOE, whereas many of my peers are getting 24-30 LPA for my experience level at my company. (some even lesser than me)

People are getting much more than me in Devops and Software Development - Both Frontend and backend.

Beyond burnt out after all these weeks of remote work. Wake up, open the laptop, work, close the laptop, and roll right into bed. Rinse and repeat. I’ve legitimately never been more busy in my life. And stop it with the “you’re lucky to have a job” or “you could have COVID” because that’s not the point of this post.
