Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

I am interviewing at D and two industry roles ( change management leads, on a team of change practitioners so not a leader of a coe).

Thinking of the role(s) after this next role (senior managers, directors), will it be a mis-step to never have done consulting/client services if many of the job posting list 3-5 years or more in consulting? One consistent feedback I receive is that I don't follow through on client relationship. I build tremendous trust and good will during an engagement, but I let the relationship die out once we wrap the work out. OR It is luke warm at best with a periodic email once in a while, unable to introduce people or grow the relationship.

Promoted to AE in the fall and have gotten no negative feedback whatsoever- I ask consistently. I have notes saved from clients, VPs, ECDs etc singing my praises and have been getting AS offers at other agencies since October. I am confident that I am ready for a promotion to AS as I am doing the duties of the empty position above me but am worried that I will look greedy asking this soon.
