Needed some recommendations regarding a visa issue I'm facing.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. In the current market, what kind of returns would a new growth equity fund likely need to make in order to succeed in future fundraising? Is 20% enough? Or is it closer to 30-40%? How does that compare if it were a new traditional buyout fund?
