BC is probably stronger nationally. Lathrop seems to be fairly respected regionally.

Have you gotten offers yet? Polsinelli also has a St Louis office and an amazing RE practice if you want to DM me

like

Agree on the RE group in St. Louis for Polsinelli…it’s a great group.

I’d say I’d you’re going to be in STL, Polsinelli and BC are the best. They have national name recognition

Remote work, no?

A5 might have been joking but there are some biglaw firms that’ll let you work remotely from out there so if you want to make market in a lower COL area, that’s in the cards. My V30 does this — feel free to DM if helpful.

If you are looking culture-wise, BC tops Lathrop completely. TC is old-school stiff necked. Lewis Rice, not a competitor unless you want a smaller office.

Hi fishes,
Last year I got an offer from tcs which I had accepted initially but did not join ultimately. I had notified the same to the recruiter over call and mail. It's been one year and I see all those details in the portal still exist and hence I am not able to apply the same. Can anyone tell when they will delete the old application.

note:- I know there are lots of other companies than tcs, just wanted to know for informational purpose.

Need some advice on a job offer for Salesforce Admin role at a midsize tech company. I have 7+ years experience as an admin and live in a LCOL area.

$98k base
$30k RSUs
5% bonus

They are holding firm on this comp package and will not upgrade to senior. I think this is low with my years of experience. Any thoughts? Thanks!

New corporate junior associate here. How do you gauge whether you are supposed to finish an assignment over the weekend or if it can wait until Monday? If you get an assignment Friday night, do you just automatically work on it on Saturday or do you ask the partner? How do you ask them (i.e. your exact email response)?

I'm a new first year associate, almost two weeks in. Have to ask: is it normal to have almost no idea what's going on? I know my teams view me as completely clueless (which is 100% accurate), but whenever I ask for an explanation/they go over something with me, I'm still left feeling like they're speaking a different language. Is it just me? Every time I do a task I get so nervous I'm screwing up big time because it's like I'm stumbling around in the dark. What can I do to improve?

Sick of biglaw but I want to stay one more annual bonus season. I’m seriously burned out and would like to shift gears but I’d like to leave after ending my 5th year. I am potentially looking to just try and hide/keep my head low to avoid work as much as possible/“slack off” and wonder how possible is to do that for a year without getting fired? I aim to maximize vacay time, and just in general try to avoid any work I don’t absolutely have to do.
