Most of junior UX designer role asked for 2-3yoe. So, I volunteered at a startup to at least show that I’m working on something.. the entire process has been quite slow due to the stakeholder has been so busy fundraising and ceo said they are hiring developer (for the past 2months...). And just yesterday they announced the company is going on hold. I’m lost how I should present it on my resume / what to do with mid-fi fidelity prototypes that hasn’t been user tested.. Any suggestions?

Guys did anyone attend an interview with @Comcast recently. All the negotiations are over and they are yet to release an offer even after 3 weeks. Saying that some finance clearance from the US has to come. But saying they will offer for sure and it will take 1 more week. Now I am waiting for almost 4 weeks for an offer. My probation ends by this month in the present company and post that I should serve 90 days notice. Anyone who has attended recently please share ur experience and timeline. Thx

However I applied an IJP transfer into a different deal in same level my package is 4.65 lpa and the team in which I am moving, the minimum budget for an associate is 9lpa. Am I eligible for hike? Can I ask for hike? If yes, then how much descent hike I can ask for. If no, then I will be not eligible for my next hike as I am changing the team, till 1 year there will be no changes in my package.

Anyone happy with where they're at and don't want to climb the ladder?

I'm a C-level and make just about 6 figures annually. I don't live in a high cost of living area (it's moderate) and don't have a ton of expenditures. I live VERY comfortably and have investments as well. I cringe everytime I have to list out "professional goals" or promotional timelines to aim for.

I don't want the promo, just give me my annual raise and let me cruise and enjoy life. Any firms that embraces that mentality?
