But like... how?

I just launched Creativity for Kindness - a platform to connect Creatives with nonprofits to offer pro bono support. The idea is to build a network of Creatives wishing to support important causes using our best skills and talents. If you’re looking for a feel-good side project please get in touch! And if you happen to know any small nonprofits that could a hand please send them our way too.
Thoughts? Is this enough?

Make the move to chiat ny
Pour some gasoline, toss your lit cigarette behind you, and walk off into the horizon.
You mean you don’t get a sabbatical, champagne, and conference room named after you?! Seriously though, that sucks. I’ll recognize you!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Just did 20 and not a peep. But the jewel in my hand just went off so I think my days are numbered.
Good life lesson . I saw a guy who worked 30 years at same agency getting less of the recognition than he expected . Because no one he was working with at the 30 year point had worked with him longer than 3 years
Recognizing hard work is not what this industry is about. After 10 years you should know that.
THIS is why I agency hop. They show no loyalty to me, so why would I show it back.
Dude if you stayed 10 years without any recognition you are the problem. I'm sorry why didn't you jumped the ship years ago?
Five years - Timbuk2 messenger bag, 10 years - Ball Fireman Racer watch plus 4 week sabbatical. 15 year - $1000 gift card (I think that’s right, check with me in 2 years). All recognized at annual meeting.
If you want loyalty, get a dog
Publicis1 Logan's Run reference! 10000 points to you.
To those who question why I've stayed... I'm a working mom w 2 kids. I only come in 3 days. I leave at 445pm every day. I got some money at 3, 5, 7 years but management has changed. Thanks for all the posts w what you guys get. I'm gonna ask because I deserve it for putting up with their B.S.
The question is why?
I'm sorry to hear that, you should say something to somebody so they know you're disappointed. The truth is it's so rare that they probably didnt know what to do. My bet would be the management and almost everyone else has changed at your place in those 10 years, so nobody appreciates how long you've been there. Most people leave an agency long before that, for whatever reason. I hope you get something you like. But also keep in mind (by shitty ad industry standards) it's cool you havent been laid off in that long. They at least value you that much.
Leave. And don’t spend ten years at an agency again unless you are a partner at said agency
Congratulations! 10 years is an impressive milestone. Hope you can treat yourself to a little something special.
Throw your own party (aka invite people to drinks) and see what they do
Yeah you should get a sabbatical
