This info is 2 years old, so take with a huge grain of salt...
-Hire nice people
-type of work / projects are siloed by office location
- more of a market research group than a true strategy consultancy
- toxic senior leadership (though not sure at the junior levels you’d be exposed to this / feel it)
Quality of teams and work is highly variable and depends strongly on the partner and location. Generally, we do solid work, get good feedback and have high rates of client retention. We do a decent amount of strategy work, but there are definitely certain teams that only do market research or payer advisory boards etc. Internal systems (eg staffing) and trainings are a bit haphazard, but conversely that leaves a lot of freedom to craft your role/teams. Offices are culturally very distinct, you need to pick your office and team carefully or you'll end up with people you don't get on with or miss out on the best development opportunities - there's not really any safeguards to prevent that happening to new people.
Overall I've been happy with my time here

But type of work is not necessarily office linked, more partner linked. You can work with the strategy VPs remotely from any office if you try
Done work with London office as a client. They do a good job and seem to be nice / fun people
