Hi ladies! I am seeking advice as I am torn between between prepping and applying to MBA or FAANG jobs. I currently am at 4.5 YOE, 150K base, engineering manager. My network has advised that an MBA can help pivot careers as I’m exploring content strategy (Netflix). One of my goals is to also work in London. I will add that there is an expectation in my family for higher education and candidly, my longer term goal is a CXO position. Thank you!
Hi All. Are MBBs accepting GRE scores? Or is GMAT a must to try for an internship? I have 329 GRE and will be attending a Top 10 MBA in the USA and worried about GMAT now if I need to take it or not or if GRE is enough to try my luck for an internship in these firms? Please guide if someone has similar experience and succeded with GRE scores.
Thoughts on Prosci or SHRM-SCP certification? Which would be considered more valuable or highly regarded? Currently focused on Change Management but have a HR background (industry experience / area of study in college).

Hello all . I need advise for switching my career to forensic accounting practice.
Im currently working almost 5yrs for corporate banking, which is obviously non related forensic or accounting practice, but passed all Cpa exam already for career change. What else do i need to be prepared to hunt the foresic job in neat future? The level doesnt matter. I just want to start off with forensic accouting practice. Is additional CFE helpful? Any advise for career change? Would that be hard?
Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.
Anyone here know if Toronto MBAs give out full tuition scholarships? Thinking would only consider Canadian mba if they do

Any thoughts to help me (25F) decide between two options?
1) Attend HSW (same as undergrad) with current firm’s sponsorship

I felt strongly about 1 but 2 recently became an option and makes me question “what if...”
Hello fellow 🌈🐠 I wanted to post here because I know I’m not gonna get rude responses. I am somewhat looking for another job. I’m in strategy as a sr associate with MBA. My hours lately have been ~80-90 hours per week and after 1.5 years I finally got my first raise and it was 2.5% (which was average I guess) that being said, I’m looking for something potentially in industry (open to other consulting firms too) with somewhat lighter hours and similar pay (150K) Any recommendations?

I am new to consulting. The work/project is fine, but I feel pretty out of place socially. I have trouble keeping up with conversation, I am slow to even understand what is going on around me and I feel I can’t “banter” - a lot of my inputs to conversations are “that’s great!” or “wow!” and share a bit of my perspective. But it feels like it brings the pace of the conversation down. Are there any “reps” I can do to get better at this style of conversation?
