Yay or nay on the offer? Quest currently pays them $25.88/hr plus 15% shift differential because they’re night shift.

Real question: how does a hospital system using a leading EHR not know where in the facility a patient is? Father brought in via ambulance at 215pm.....and when my mother called a few hours later for an update on his status they had no idea where he was. She played “transfer me to Dept X bingo” (ED, med/surg, OR, PACU), til she found a nurse who knew where he was. How does this happen?
