How long does it typically take to hear back from a big tech company post final interview loop? The hiring manager expressed explicit Interest in hiring me but I felt that the broader teams response was more mixed.

Interview was spread out between Thursday and Wednesday - haven’t heard back yet. Any thoughts on how much cache the hiring manager has vs other folks on the team?

For those of you who have started a new job while WFH: how has it been learning your new role without the benefit of being in person to ask the small questions/ “looking over a shoulder” to see how business is typically conducted?
