Yesterday I attended an interview for Cognizant India but through a third party evaluation company named FirstIPO. After the interview, they sent me an email saying Level1 cleared and the next levels will be handled directly by Cognizant team itself. Has anyone faced similar experience? Did you finally get an offer letter from Cognizant

Don’t mix business with pleasure in my opinion.
I dated a girl in the same agency. She was in PR and me in account. Had to keep it discreet for a bit, but everyone suspected. Now we’re happily married. Life’s too short not to take a chance
I wouldn’t.
And if I were to do it, I’d keep it a secret until either of us move to a different agency.
I’ve done it. A few times. Separate agencies are best. Otherwise, try to be discreet. Good luck!
If coworker is in same dept or one of you is responsible for reviewing the other’s work — be careful. That will be red flag to mgmt (and your other coworkers) about conflict of interest
Married my co-worker 🤷🏻♀️ worked out well for us. We were in different domains and didn’t impact each other’s career growth.
Also married a coworker. 10 years and 2 kids later I’d call it a good decision. She was creative, I was Tech.
Not acceptable
Seems extreme GCI Health 1. I met my partner at work at a Publicis agency and six years later, we couldn’t be happier. No one had a problem with it.
Don’t shit where you eat. Rarely ends well.
Know several couples now married with kids who met at the same agency. Actually quite a few. But if your just looking to hook up, or have an affair, good luck. Everybody knows
Know multiple people who met their wives at the office. It’s weird but really your call. The exception is if one of you reports to the other.
Guy at my last agency was dating one of his subordinates and switched to a sister agency not long after. No one high up enough seemed to care. I thought it was a bit unprofessional, even if he did move to the other company since they were in the same building
