I joined Infosys with a CTC of 24lpa (15% variable)
Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.

Hi, I’m currently working in Infosys (4 YOE). Now I have two offers one from Eurofins(14LPA) and one from EY(16LPA). I wanted to get placed in Product Based. I gave interview in EY thinking its product based but just came to know its service based. Please advise whether I should go for Eurofins as its a product based or EY as its a better offer. I have resigned TCS after getting offer in another tech company with 110% hike. The new company is requesting whether a buy out option can be availed and they are ready to sponsor the buy out.
TCS side Manager and Project lead are saying that as per policy it’s not possible.

Any suggestions to negotiate a buy out by serving 60 days instead of 90 possible ?

TC comparison: currently $220k annual cash + estimated $400k-$800k in equity upon sale vs $300k annual cash + $30k-$50k annual equity. Future WLB predicted to be more intense. Curious your thoughts.
