Depends what you’re looking for;
There is definitely investment from management, and with a consulting foundation different vibe than a traditional agency. Could be the future of the industry.
But on the flip side - the reputation and history for making award winning work isn’t quite there.
Overall though - if the management inspires you to work hard and you have the skill, talent and creativity to make great work for your clients, that’s all that matters.
No. I’d say you’d get paid better at a consultancy with more investment. Agencies, and ones within holding companies, have a tough pay ladder to climb.
In terms of rigidity. I’d say creative agencies have a more relaxed atmosphere.
