I’m a tax manager, love client relations, business development, training/managing staff, recruiting, etc., but feel like the amount of technical work I have to do yet makes it hard to be successful in the areas I enjoy. Visa sponsorship is needed. I foresee a possible negotiation on compensation from Deloitte.

Not sure of the estimate yet but I understand it would be 55-60k as per other fishes . Should I settle for a lower comp while employer pays one time sponsorship & migration costs or bear the migration costs self and chase a good salary . Which is better ?

For the CFE, did you do anything in addition to the ACFE prep course? The course is just practice questions, so I’m wondering where I can actually learn the information first before that.
