Yes! The stretching of "diversity” seems to be such a widespread symptom of this industry’s fear of addressing the uncomfortable realities of race within it. A distraction? Very “All Lives Matter” ...

I have a bit of a dilemma and need some advice. My manager pushes really hard to recruit and hire only minority candidates. While I'm all for diversity, it feels unethical to exclude other qualified candidates just because they are a particular race and gender (white males). I've had to pass over a few candidates that were WAY more qualified and in my opinion would have made a much better fit. I don't know if there's anything I can or should do.

Does BCW not allow conservatives to be employed at this company? I’m sitting through another meeting where we are highlighting amazing women and it is so politicized I am completely offended. AOC, Biden, Ilhan, Hilary... I mean at try to be inclusive when speaking of diversity. You can’t name a single female in the Conservative party throughout history?

Is it worth to move to a Value Engineering and GTM role in a product based company from Deals Strategy and Value creation role in a Big 4? Just got my period. It’s been almost a year that we are trying. I’ve spoken with an RE and this menstrual cycle will do the testing. I’ve lost my two grandparents this year and my favorite cousin.
