Are you interviewing with them?

What do you want to know?

I like the culture alot though it'll certainly vary by engagement. Overall a huge emphasis on well being and flexibility.

Flexibility on my teams have been top notch. People come and go as they prefer as long as the job gets done.

How does one shake off the feeling of regret?

While I’m in a much better place now, I express regret over these things every so often.

Man this Bowl is filled with some angry mid-levels. We get it, this job was hard for you, but it is for juniors now, too. Stop punching down.

I don’t think the juniors are entitled, they just want to share in their firms’ wealth. Surely any salary increases for the Classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021 would easily pay for themselves through billable hours.

I gave a month notice to my company. I offered to stay on contract until they got someone since I’m a team of 1. Since then I found out l my boss has been talking badly about me in the middle of the office to other employees. He said “she’s only doing this for money” & “this is not how you leave a job.” Now they want me to train a replacement w/ no experience w/ 1 week left how to buy digital media. Like I can teach years of experience overnight. Thoughts on confronting my boss & not training?

I see a lot of differentiating in post about RIsk Assurance and Risk Advisory. Would someone mind breaking that down by which groups fall into these roles? I am Tech Assurance but also on a rotation where I get exposure to other groups in risk, ie - Internal Audit, GRC and Tech Risk Management. I do like the risk realm, although I would hope to do something more technical in nature and not so much check box. Thanks ahead of time!
