Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

Salary is competitive up until AD, type of work was
focused on commercial diligence when I was there, mainly for mid-cap PE funds - now they’ve absorbed other strategy/ops teams within EY so the work might be more varied.
Culture in my view was only ok and really depends. If you’re an analyst brought up through the firm, you might find it great. If you’re an experienced hire, there is limited coaching culture and support for development outside of trainings (which there was no training program for experienced hires when I was there). There’s a strong division between those that have been raised through the firm and those that haven’t and it often felt very competitive amongst the consultant group. There are good people that care but there is a lack of system and structure to really help people thrive. On top of this, I have no idea how the integration is going and what impact that has had on culture generally.
Sure but I don’t remember much!
CDD shop. Very busy. Will work you very hard. May feel under rewarded for efforts.
