I was approached about a role for which I do not feel particularly qualified. And I’m an excellent interviewer. It’s a bit premature, but how far have some of you been able to get in similar scenarios?

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. Best firms if I am thinking of hiring a Financial Advisor?

POV: 2 and s half months into a new job: position internal sales support. Request of SM to find all potential customers in 2 main areas of sales and send them the information of companies name as well as contact name and sort the info from most important company to least, all from scratch.
The SM knows I am new to the industry and have no previous experience in it.
Is this something normal to ask to have done? Is it normal to give a few days to hand in the requested information?

Currently work in a very unique Wealth Management ops role.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

I had an interview last week for a resource manager role at PWC, I have now been invited for an interview with another manager and partner. Ive googled the process and found conflicting advice on how I should prepare. Some forums advise that you should prepare with competency examples and some state its more like a conversation at this point and the partner wants to meet you and assess soft skills.
