New hire starting nov 29! Have a couple of questions: I need to travel for DStart and it starts at 11am on a Monday, could i drive or train in on Sunday night and book a hotel through Deloitte for two nights instead of one? And if I drive in how does Deloitte pay for mileage and do they pay for city parking? And how does expensing meals work? For example, the orientation ends on 5:30pm on Monday and 4pm on Tuesday can we expense dinners after orientation? Sorry for all the questions!

I’m embarrassed to admit this, but I think my social skills have essentially been erased by the pandemic. My company went back to the office a couple of weeks ago and I feel like it’s my first day at a new school or something. How am I supposed to get anything done?
