Am I making enough profit for my firm?

I became a 2 year lawyer in September. I started working at my firm, a mid-sized firm practicing commercial business litigation and PI, in March of 2020. Last year I made the firm $180k from my billable hours and I was paid $85k + full health and other benefits.

This year, I'm on track to make about $150k and to make the firm about $450k from my billable hours and PI cases that I originated and settled.

Trying to do right for my firm. I'm treated well.

In house/corporate paralegals: how did you get your start? Have you been in house since day 1? Particularly interested to hear from those who made the switch from litigation in a law firm. I have 10 YOE in litigation, but it doesn’t seem to be translating well. Every in house posting I find requires 5-10 years in house experience. Has anyone navigated their way around this?

Zillow PM. Your price and feature filter on your mobile app is broken. Even when it works, the load times are long. Worked great last week so must be a recent code fix gone wrong.
