I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Can someone explain what this flexibility means lol
I’m not B4. I work 70ish hours a week during busy season, then 40ish the rest of the year.
How did you get that far without knowing or having FP&A experience?
What skills did you sell and how did you go about it? Any chance I can connect with you?
Flexibility sounds nice, but hours worked and stress incurred are the way more important factors, IMO. Take the offer of the $ is right.
I feel that way as I get older. I think differently now 28 than I did at 25. Especially since I’m single and my job impacts my ability to meet people. I don’t know a ton about FP&A though. I need a carrot for motivation and partners balling is what gets me going. Awful, but that’s how I think.
