If the lower ranked school is ranked below 25th on US News rankings, then I would take the top 20.
The second school is ranked below 25th, and there’s a significant difference in their rankings. It’s also full time, while the other is part time (originally only applied to part time programs- applied to full time bc of scholarship offer). I plan to stay in the same city post graduation. I’m moving into a job that’s supportive of either program.
Full tuition at top 20. The lower school’s brand might not be that additive to your career in the long run. Plus, the difference between full tuition and full scholarship is just room&board? That’s like 15k/yr...don’t know your situation so it could be material or not
