So Sanofi is setting up an analytics center in Hyderabad and seems to be recruiting quiet aggressively. I am negotiating on an offer but it quite low compared to industry standards. I’m on the merchant side and we use Stripe for all payment transactions. Most innovative fintech out there and as long as theres volume going through they will be around forever.
Seems like more established Fintechs (stripe, Plaid) are more stable than other startups - they’ve been launching new products, etc.
They have massively slowed down their recruiting efforts, and I know for a fact that internal managers and leads are fighting to keep budget to hire new staff, but getting a lot of pushback.
