Hi buddies, I had a situation i got interview scheduled for TCS but unable to attend due to some reasons, Now whenever I got a call from any consultancy or from tcs recruitment team they ask for details and then they are not able to schedule the interview they says my resume is already in the system so they cannot schedule. My team (in house) is hiring a part time community manager to assist with inbound requests from customers. 3 days per week, 20-25 hours. Are there long-term consequences to joining a mid-size agency? I started my career with a top 5 global agency and have been there several years. Experienced PR people (or new ones!) - what was your biggest flub early in your career and how did you grow from it? I'm 6 months into my first full time agency job in my career and I'm coming out of a not-so-great day of mistake after mistake from handling media relations, to general misprioritization of tasks. Applied to a paid media specialist position, well qualified. Was invited for a second round interview but before I could attend they reached out to me telling me they had closed the position because their candidate pool collapsed (they all accepted jobs and bowed out). Now they’re telling me I’ll have to re-apply when they re-open the position in the “near future.” Is this pretty much a lost cause? If I was the only candidate left and they didn’t pick me, what would be the point of re-applying?
