When I interviewed last year they said they had about 250 Consultant across the US and my level (Senior Consultant) they had 20 and were trying to reach 30
Definitly are recruiting aggressively. Curious on the sustainability of their expansion and offerings as well
I heard that comp is great but the sustainability of their expansion is on my mind too. I probably should look for information on pre vs. post-IPO of non-tech companies to see if there were any FTE plays...

Anyone know the level structure of GE Healthcare compared to other companies? Recruiter just reached out with a senior consultant role and I’m trying to figure out if this is lateral or a step up. I’m currently in the third tier from the bottom of my company, hoping to reach the 4th tier at year end promo.
