Thoughts on getting a peloton now? My gym is open now and I was thinking of starting to go again but I still want a peloton. I don’t really want to spend a lot of time in the gym and if I’m honest I’d probably go to lift. Do you all think is worth it at this point?

Do it. Best decision I ever made. I love that I don’t have to consider drive time and the classes are a lot of fun. I’m more motivated to use my peloton than any other work out I’ve done before. It’s great cardio and good for some strength/toning but you won’t get the same results that you get with weight lifting if that’s what you’re used to. I have a referral code if you want it ($100 off accessories, can be used on the shoes).

Depending on your budget, you could save quite a bit of money by going with a cheaper spin bike and signing up for Peloton Digital. I was a regular Soulcycle/spin studio goer pre pandemic and am very happy with my setup with the Peloton Digital app and the echelon sport bike

I like that the shoes hook on the pedals of the bike. I feel like that’s a particular pressure point for me.

I was wondering this same exact thing.

I still think the peloton is a great purchase! I love mine and plan on continuing to use it even though gyms are opening again. It’s just so convenient and saves me so much time. You can use code ZPSTTD for $100 off accessories if you decide to buy

Hi everyone, I am looking for advice on getting to the same company but in a different country. I had an internship at multinational FMCG company in purchasing in country 1 (5 ys ago). I then went studying abroad to country 2 and stayed doing the jobs which came with the visa - sales/accounting/marketing but all for really small companies (20 e-s max). I keep dreaming about getting back to FMCG co but in country 2. Applied directly/chatted to ex coworkers in country 1 - no luck. Any advice?

How would you rate your ratios for work, play, and rest?

My life's mostly been 85% work/serious stuff (includes academia), 10% rest, and 5% play.

I've only started to learn to rest more this year and learning to accept lower productivity (was part of the hustle culture).

Q: How do I learn the concept of play? Didn't have that in my childhood growing up. All serious, no fun. Has anyone transitioned successfully?
