Anyone doing RTI virtually?
Any Sony Corporation, Epic Games, or Rockstar Games Producers here? I wanted to know a bit more about the development workflows and different teams involved in delivering features for live service games. I’m interviewing with a team working on a live service game platform and I’d like to understand the complexity and breadth of the work their live service teams do (Account creation/mgmt, UI/UX, Security, Content Mgmt, Social, Community, Art, Databases, Front-end dev, networking, etc.).

They have plenty of soul. But be prepared for high shop bills
I have a Velar. I love it. There are some electrical gremlins but no major engine issues. The older RR’s had problems with the V8s
it’s fantastic when it works
You like to drive or do you like to fix your car?
I love how they look and have wanted one for years. But when I look at reliability and talk to my friends who have them, they’re expensive to maintain and repair. We keep going with Lexus. My GS is amazing to drive.
Only for lease not for purchase.
Maybe it has changed but I feel the infotainment and overall tech (self driving/safety/or even lane centering) is lacking in JLR products compared to everyone on the market. If you're thinking about it as a short term car (e.g., lease which others have suggested, and I'd take as the only option) then sure...it's a great car. But I think you might start to have some serious fomo in 2-5 years when even your rental Nissan Sentras will have better tech. I'd maybe wait if you really want the RR for later on once they pick it up and get something different in the meantime, or just lease it to get it out of your system

Defender is cooler if you are buying that brand. I wouldn’t buy that brand, though

STAY AWAY
I would probably opt for something from BMW, Audi, or Porsche instead if you’re set on a luxury SUV

You can get WAY for reliability and equal performance with an AMG GLC,

My neighbor across the street had averaged at least 5 days in the shop each month she's had her RR Sport since she bought it new in early 2019. Make of that anecdote what you will. 🤷
I have one, its not that bad, just make sure you have warranty.
I am considering the new Defender. Any experience reg reliability? Thx!
I have a Range Rover. Got the diesel. Average 30+ mpg on road trips. Been really happy with it.
