Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

Hi fishes,
Any guess how many people are laid off from Publicis sapient in past few days? Really scared for my future as I'm also under probation period and deeply regret for my choice of joining this firm...I don't understand why were they recruiting peeps when they were short of projects. Publicis Sapient

Non-branded are nice. Diversify your points. I earn hotel points and airline miles by staying / flying. CSR gives me the flexibility to use on any airline or hotel which is nice when there is a huge difference between my main carrier and another airline. Also, when using the CSR points on my main airline I get the status credit and miles (but not with hotels).
Diversifying is the way to go. I’d go first with CSR as that gives you flexibility to transfer to both United and Hyatt. But there are non transferable partners (SPG you cannot transfer into besides Marriott). I’d go CSR first, SPG next, then wildcard. If you choose CSR, let me know, I’d love a referral bonus if you use my link
The best way to accrue points always depends entirely on your travel goals. If you don’t have specific goals the. The prior posts are spot on, start general and go from there. CSR is great. Amex Platinum is great too if you use Amex as your travel agency or if you’re permitted to book directly with airlines due to their 5x on airfare for such purchases.
The AA branded card is nice if you get the one that gives Admirals club. Beyond that it’s not that helpful. I would not double down on AA miles though unless you know precisely what you want to do and have determined that AA is the right program to buy that award ticket through.
