Thoughts on GT in KSA? Whats the comp like at the SM and D levels in their BRS/TRS divisions?

I hate my job as a maintenance technician and I have no clue on how to transition to a different career. I'm a navy veteran with a lot of marketable skills but nothing on my resume to prove it. I'm reliant on the money I make in the maintenance industry so I don't want to take steps back in terms of salary. What do I do? I feel trapped and don't want to be miserable until I retire.
