Has anyone noted their resignation but then was able to be talked into staying? My firm is doing everything to try to keep me and it’s really making me question if I should leave.

I recently heard someone talking about working remotely and having two full time jobs. It was viewed as taboo, but seemed to be something a lot of people are doing. Neither company was aware the employee was working another job. Could someone who is working from home successfully pull this off? What’s the down side?

I have been in property management for 20 years, primarily managing low income housing. I have worked for 8 companies and have been with my current employer for 6 months. I have left positions in the past when I begin to feel stagnant or when my experience is not valued. My reason for “job hopping” as many would see it isn’t because I lack the skills to do the job but because I put in 1000% and do not feel I am fairly compensated or my hard work is recognized.

Help them figure out what makes them happy and how they can get there.
